Track your order
Where to find your tracking link, what each status means and what to do if tracking stops moving.
As soon as your order leaves our Duluth warehouse we email you a tracking link. You can also see it any time under Account → Orders.
What the statuses mean
- Processing — we've received your order and are packing it. Most orders ship within 1 business day.
- Shipped — the carrier has your parcel. The first scan can take up to 24 hours to appear.
- In transit — your parcel is moving between carrier facilities.
- Out for delivery — it's on the truck today.
- Delivered — the carrier has left it at your address or a pickup point.
If tracking stops moving
Weekend and holiday scans are often skipped, so a pause of 1–2 days is normal. If your tracking hasn't changed for 3 business days, contact us — we'll open a trace with the carrier and, if the parcel can't be found, send a replacement by express at no cost.
Tracking says delivered, but it isn't here
- Check around your door, porch, mailroom and with neighbors — carriers sometimes leave parcels out of sight.
- Look at the delivery photo in the carrier's tracking page, if there is one.
- Wait until the end of the next business day: parcels are sometimes scanned as delivered a few hours early.
- Still nothing? Contact us with your order number and we'll open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.
