Footwear worn outdoors
Boots and trail shoes can be exchanged for a different size within 30 days even if you've worn them outside once or twice, as long as the soles show light wear only. Fit matters more than a spotless sole.
How to exchange
- Start a chat or email us with your order number and the size you'd like.
- We reserve the new size and ship it the same day.
- Use the prepaid label to send the first pair back within 14 days.
Want a different product instead?
Exchanges are for the same product in another size or color. For a different product, start a return for a refund and place a new order — we'll waive the shipping on the new order if you mention it in chat.
