When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued within 3 business days of your return arriving; banks take 2–5 days to show them.

Once your return reaches our warehouse, we check it and issue the refund within 3 business days. You'll get an email with a refund reference.
How long until I see it?
- Credit and debit cards: 2–5 business days after we issue it.
- Pay-later services: usually 1–3 business days, and your installments are adjusted.
- Store credit: right away, in your account.
Still don't see it?
If it's been more than 5 business days since your refund email, reply to that email or contact us with the refund reference — we'll send your bank a confirmation in writing.
Refunds for lost parcels
If a parcel is lost in transit, we don't wait for the carrier's claim: we send a replacement or refund you as soon as the trace closes. If the original turns up later, refuse it at the door or keep it unopened and we'll send a free return label.
