Card declined?
Most declines are an address mismatch: the billing address must match the one your bank has on file, including apartment numbers. If it still fails, call us — we can take the order by phone.
When you're charged
We authorize your card when you order and capture the payment when your order ships. If one item ships later, you're only charged for it then.
