Returns are free within 60 days for unused gear — here's how to get your prepaid label.

Changed your mind? You can return unused gear with its tags within 60 days of delivery. Return shipping is free in the US.
How to return
- Go to Account → Orders and choose Return next to the item, or ask us in chat.
- Pick a reason and print the prepaid label we email you (or show the QR code at a carrier location).
- Pack the item with its tags and drop it off. Keep your receipt until the refund arrives.
What can't be returned
- Used fuel canisters
- Personalized or engraved items
- Gear that has been used outdoors (see warranty instead if something failed)
Returning a gift
Gift returns get store credit or an exchange, so the person who gave it doesn't find out. Ask us in chat with the order number from the gift receipt, or the giver's name if you don't have it.
Returns from Canada
Returns from Canada are free too. We email a label with the customs form already filled in; just print it and tape it to the box.
