The Northpine lifetime warranty

If something we make fails because of how it was made, we'll repair it, replace it or refund it — for the useful life of the product, with or without a receipt.

Covered

• Seams, zippers, buckles and stitching that fail in normal use
• Delamination of waterproof membranes
• Tent poles and hubs that break without a crash or misuse

Not covered

• Normal wear such as worn-out tread or faded color
• Damage from accidents, pets, fire or improper care
• Alterations made outside our repair program

What “useful life” means

It's the time a product can reasonably be expected to last with normal use and care — longer for a pack frame than for boot tread. If you're not sure whether something is covered, send it in: we'd rather look than guess.
