Repair program and loaner gear
Most repairs take 5–7 business days. Need gear for a trip in the meantime? Ask about a loaner.

We repair jackets, packs, tents and boots with our partner workshop in Minneapolis. Warranty repairs are free; other repairs are quoted before any work starts.
Typical turnaround
- Zippers and buckles: 3–5 business days
- Down baffles and seams: 5–7 business days
- Boot resoling: about 3 weeks ($65 including return shipping)
Loaner gear
If your gear is in for a warranty repair and you have a trip booked, we can lend you a similar pack, tent or jacket from our loaner shelf. Just ask in your warranty ticket.
Repairs that aren't covered
Accidents happen. We repair burns, tears and broken buckles at cost and quote the price first. Most fabric patches cost $15–$30 including return shipping.
