Caring for your tent

After every trip

• Shake out dirt and dry the tent fully before packing it away — even a day packed wet can cause mildew.
• Store it loosely in a cool, dry place, not compressed in its stuff sack.

Zipper splitting behind the slider?

That's usually a worn slider, not the teeth. Squeeze the slider gently with pliers on both sides, a little at a time, and test it. If it still splits, we'll replace the door panel under warranty.

Packing it up

• Fold the poles from the middle out so the shock cord doesn't stretch.
• Stuff the tent body rather than folding it on the same creases every time.
• Keep stakes and poles in their own bag so they don't puncture the floor.
