Repair program and loaner gear

We repair jackets, packs, tents and boots with our partner workshop in Minneapolis. Warranty repairs are free; other repairs are quoted before any work starts.

Typical turnaround

• Zippers and buckles: 3–5 business days
• Down baffles and seams: 5–7 business days
• Boot resoling: about 3 weeks ($65 including return shipping)

Loaner gear

If your gear is in for a warranty repair and you have a trip booked, we can lend you a similar pack, tent or jacket from our loaner shelf. Just ask in your warranty ticket.
