Track your order

View on help center

As soon as your order leaves our Duluth warehouse we email you a tracking link. You can also see it any time under Account → Orders.

What the statuses mean

  • Processing — we've received your order and are packing it. Most orders ship within 1 business day.
  • Shipped — the carrier has your parcel. The first scan can take up to 24 hours to appear.
  • In transit — your parcel is moving between carrier facilities.
  • Out for delivery — it's on the truck today.
  • Delivered — the carrier has left it at your address or a pickup point.

If tracking stops moving

Weekend and holiday scans are often skipped, so a pause of 1–2 days is normal. If your tracking hasn't changed for 3 business days, contact us — we'll open a trace with the carrier and, if the parcel can't be found, send a replacement by express at no cost.
