Washing your down jacket
- Close all zippers and turn the jacket inside out.
- Use a front-loading washer on a gentle cycle with a down-specific wash (no regular detergent or softener).
- Rinse twice to remove all soap.
- Tumble dry on low with two or three clean tennis or dryer balls for 2–3 hours, until no clumps remain.
