    Hello — the Hollow Pine jacket I ordered on Friday (NP-21102) is a birthday gift for my dad on Thursday. Tracking hasn't updated since Saturday morning. Is it still going to make it?

    Hi Nadia, I can see the jacket left Duluth on Saturday and is sitting at the carrier's Pittsburgh hub — weekend scans are often missing, so it's not lost. I've asked the carrier to prioritize it and I'm watching it today. If it hasn't moved by tomorrow morning I'll send a second jacket by overnight so it's there Wednesday. Ada
