Wrong size? Exchanges are free, and we ship the new size as soon as you ask instead of waiting for your return to arrive.

Footwear worn outdoors

Boots and trail shoes can be exchanged for a different size within 30 days even if you've worn them outside once or twice, as long as the soles show light wear only. Fit matters more than a spotless sole.

How to exchange

1. Start a chat or email us with your order number and the size you'd like.
2. We reserve the new size and ship it the same day.
3. Use the prepaid label to send the first pair back within 14 days.
