    The main hub pole on my Ridgeline 2P snapped at the second section on our first night out. No wind, nothing unusual. Photos attached.

    Hi Grant, sorry this happened on night one. That's a manufacturing defect and fully covered. I'm sending a complete replacement pole set today — no need to send the old one back. Arjun
