    The door zipper on my Ridgeline 2P separates behind the slider after a few pulls. It's six weeks old and I'm out again this weekend in the Smokies. Photos attached.

    Hi Emmett, thanks for the photos — that's a worn slider, not the zipper teeth, which is good news. Try this: close the slider very gently with pliers on both sides, a little at a time, then test it. It fixes most splits in a minute. If it still separates, I'll send a new fly door panel under warranty.

    Tried the pliers trick — better, but it still splits about one in five zips. I'd rather not risk it this weekend. Can you send the replacement?
