    Hi — Ada said the duplicate $548 charge was refunded yesterday. My bank still shows it as pending. How long should that take?

    Hi Leila, the refund left us on Monday at 3:12 PM (reference RF-22091). Pending charges usually drop off within 2–5 business days depending on your bank. If it's still there on Friday, reply here and I'll send the reference straight to your bank. Rafael
